Terms of Service

1. Service Description

MeltByteVPN ("we", "our", "the Service") provides a virtual private network (VPN) service using the VLESS + Reality protocol. The Service is managed through a Telegram bot and includes a web-based administration panel.

The Service allows users to:

• Try a free trial of the VPN connection
• Purchase VPN subscriptions via Telegram Stars
• Switch between available VPN servers
• Manage their subscription and access keys
• Contact support through the Telegram bot

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Have a valid Telegram account
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

3. Free Trial

We offer a one-time free trial per Telegram account. The trial provides temporary VPN access for a limited duration (default: 30 minutes). After the trial expires, the VPN key is automatically deactivated. Each user is entitled to one trial only.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are available in the following plans:

• Weekly — 7 days of access
• Bi-weekly — 14 days of access
• Monthly — 30 days of access

All payments are processed through Telegram Stars, Telegram's built-in payment system. We do not process credit cards or other external payment methods directly.

Subscription days are cumulative: purchasing a new plan adds days to your existing subscription. If your subscription has expired, new days are counted from the date of purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds for Telegram Stars payments are handled according to Telegram's refund policies. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, please contact our support through the Telegram bot. We will work to resolve the issue or facilitate a refund where applicable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal activity under applicable laws
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

7. No-Log Policy

We operate under a strict no-log policy. We do not monitor, record, or store:

• Your browsing activity or VPN traffic
• DNS queries made through the VPN
• Your real IP address during VPN sessions
• Connection timestamps or session durations

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• The Service will bypass all forms of network restrictions

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MeltByteVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your use of the Service poses a security risk
• We are required to do so by law

You may stop using the Service at any time. Unused subscription days are not refundable upon voluntary termination unless otherwise required by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Telegram bot or on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
